Germany’s fastest growing underwear brand is looking for its new social media rockstar to expand our presence in new markets.

Your role will be to create disruptive, impactful and engaging content through our different social media platforms and be the voice of our brand.

• Someone who is comfortable talking about intimate topics such as periods and female anatomy
• Someone comfortable creating content wearing our products

• Develop and implement engaging & disruptive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Come up with unique social media campaigns that will differentiate ourselves from the competition and create brand-preference.
• Create engaging content (UGC) for various social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Create brand content for various platforms.
• Actively observe trends and developments in social media and e-commerce to develop innovative ideas and approaches.
• Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create reports to optimize strategies.

• You have already created impactful viral social media campaigns for a DTC brands
• You have helped a brand grow from 0 to 50k followers, or from 30k to +100k
• You have experience creating video content (tiktok, reels) and static content (posts)
• Tools: canva (or photoshop), slack, notion, capcut (or any editing tool) excel, later and any content planning tool
• Equipment: high resolution phone, lights, laptop, microphone, high-speed internet
• Fluent in English and German (no strong accents in both languages)
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of marketing principles.
• Solid grasp of customer relationship management.
• Proactive, independent, and creative approach to work.
• Efficient in content creation.
