About The Role

Spiritory’s marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement go-to-market programs for our premium spirits and whisky marketplace. In this role, you will own all aspects of campaign management – from ideation to planning to briefing to execution and optimization. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and CEO, you will work cross-functionally to help develop and execute strategic marketing plans related to media and creative paid and owned channels (including email, onsite, performance marketing, social media, and more). Experience in the spirits and whisky category isn’t required, but enthusiasm to learn about the business, our customers, and our communities is a must!

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development of marketing strategy and execution of cross-channel, go-to-market plans for platform in partnership with the c-suite management.
  • Campaign Management: Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, creative development, on-site execution, and reporting.
  • Incentive Strategy: Plan and implement a quarterly incentive strategy, including forecasting, campaign setup, terms creation, QA, marketing asset creation, and reporting.
  • Onsite and Content Updates: Collaborate with product, business development and vertical partners to review and implement updates to webpages, Blogs, FAQs, and program terms, ensuring any onsite or content changes impacting the vertical are effectively managed.
  • Community Engagement: Build connections with our enthusiast communities by managing and running our social media platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English; French is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with suitable years of experience in go-to-market planning, execution, full-funnel marketing, social media & affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactive and Dynamic Work Style: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic work environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience working from concept to completion, managing ambiguity, and working towards clarity with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to manage performance against established critical metrics while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and high-quality deliverables.
  • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated project management experience, strong organizational skills, flawless execution, and ability to plan, prioritize, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Collaborative Nature: Relationship-focused individual who can collaborate across all levels, functions, and geographies, both internally and externally.

Location: Hybrid or remote (but must be willing to travel to Munich or Vienna office when required)
