Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Europe Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across European markets, with a focus on media, events, and regional marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive demand across Europe.
• Identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns tailored to regional preferences and trends.

Media and Public Relations:

• Manage relationships with media partners, including negotiating contracts and securing placements.
• Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives.

Event Planning and Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute regional events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and global marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in media, events, or regional marketing promotions in the European or American markets.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and events.

Skills:

• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
