To develop the market share in theDACH and Eastern European region as well as to drive thedirectional shift towards a more market-focused approach, ourclient is currently searching for a Technical Sales Manager EMEA(m/f/d). The tasks Significantly increase sales revenue in theDefence & Aerospace sector, as well as in the Medical andIndustrial markets within the assigned regions (Germany, EasternEurope, A+CH) Successfully identify, engage, and close deals withnew customers and increase the market share in the Defence &Aerospace sector Maintain and grow relationships with existingcustomers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyaltyContribute to the development and execution of strategic plansaimed at product innovation and market expansion Developing newaccounts by identifying programs, projects, competitive potentials,and value propositions. Working cross-functionally to drivebusiness and contribute actively to product development Establishthe company’s products as superior in quality and performance,differentiating them from competitors through strategic marketingand technical demonstrations Maximizing price and margin for ourproducts Your profile Academic degree in Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a vocational training inthe related field combined with relevant working experience A fewyears of experience in a technical sales role, preferably withinthe connector market Proven track record of achieving or exceedingsales targets, with experience in both hunting for new business andmanaging existing customer accounts Proven successes in expandingmarket share and developing new business in highly competitivesectors from a technical perspective (high-tech focus and valueproposition) Experience in the Defence & Aerospace industry isessential as well as a deep technical understanding of connectors,cable assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical components Nativelanguage skills in German and proficiency in English is essentialThe offer A task that provides a high level of entrepreneurialfreedom and independence as well as the ability to impactprofitability Responsibility for multiple countries as well as keyclients Extraordinary opportunity to grow and develop within yourrole in a renowned international organization Part of a highlycooperative and international team of Sales Managers Thepossibility to work 100% remotely An attractive remunerationpackage 30 days of vacation Insurance worldwide around the clockthrough a risk accident insurance policy Direkt auf diese Stellebewerben
