Role Summary


A leading innovator in LED technology is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of its advanced display technologies business across Europe. This role focuses on expanding market presence, developing strategic client relationships, and promoting cutting-edge Micro LED solutions.


The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the European digital display market and expertise in both the technical and business aspects of Micro LED or LED technology.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Strategic Market Development: Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to the European digital display market, considering regional supply chain dynamics.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring effective communication to meet their technical and business needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Lead sales initiatives from planning to execution, managing customer projects from start to finish.
  • Technology Advocacy: Deliver compelling presentations to highlight the competitive advantages of advanced Micro LED display technologies.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and lead demand generation efforts.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with regional distributors and channel partners to foster business development and expand market reach.
  • Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the regional marketing team to support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market positioning.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in the digital display and Micro LED or LED sector within Europe.
  • Strong technical and commercial expertise in advanced display technologies.
  • Proven success in driving business growth and leading sales teams in an international context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and delivering results.
  • Available for extensive travel across Europe.
