Solar PV Sales Manager

A tier 1 global solar technology company is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team, focusing on expanding the company’s client base and increasing sales performance across the region. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional with recent experience in the PV industry to take on a crucial role and work alongside leading developers, installers, and EPC clients.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing a marketing and business development strategy tailored to the region. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll help position the brand as a market leader while representing the company at major industry events and trade fairs.

The successful Solar PV Sales Manager will:

  • Have recent and relevant sales experience with PV modules in the German market.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of success, with an existing portfolio of major installer and EPC clients.
  • Hold a degree in business or engineering (preferred).
  • Exhibit an autonomous working style with excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Be willing and able to be based in Germany, with frequent travel within the region.
  • Be fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English.
