Your Responsibilities

• Develop Innovative Applications: Design and implement state-of-the-art web and cloud applications for our financial advisors, working across both frontend and backend.
• Collaborate on Requirements & Planning: Engage in the analysis of business needs and contribute to agile sprint planning to bring ideas to life.
• Optimize Performance, Security & Resilience: Ensure the smooth operation of non-functional requirements like performance, security, and system resilience.
• Enhance Code Quality: Actively seek and resolve bugs, as well as address code weaknesses, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of your applications.
• Monitor & Detect Issues Early: Extend operational monitoring tools to catch and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Stay Ahead of Tech Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest technologies, ensuring our applications stay innovative and forward-thinking.

Your Qualifications

• Educational Background & Experience: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with proven experience in building backends for modern web apps and microservices using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot in a cloud-native setting.
• Full Stack Expertise: Proficient in both backend and frontend development, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Test Automation Skills: Familiar with tools and frameworks like JUnit, Playwright, and Pact to automate testing for your applications.
• Kubernetes & Observability Knowledge: You know how to deploy applications on Kubernetes and are skilled in using observability tools for system monitoring.
• Tech Enthusiast with a Quality Mindset: You are passionate about technology and continuously aim for high-quality, efficient solutions.
• Ownership & Goal-Oriented: You take initiative and responsibility for your projects, driving them toward successful, high-quality outcomes.
