Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated allergy market communication professional to join our company. The ideal candidate will lead our market communication efforts in Germany. This role demands a dedicated marketer with a deep understanding of allergy products and communication ability to support our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in strategic planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on product positioning, market penetration, and competitive differentiation.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management: Oversee the creation and management of brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Cultivate a strong brand presence in the biotech sector.
- Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption of products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers. Engage with external partners to enhance collaboration and visibility.
- Commercial Support: Collaborate with the commercial team to develop tools and resources that support sales efforts, including training materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and online campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences effectively.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience in the allergy industry
- Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy skills
- Sales and Product Management expertise
- Product Marketing knowledge
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Master degree or above, preferably with medical education background
- Fluent in English, German and Spanish
