About the Role :

You'll be a part of a business unit within the company, specializing in managing the company's International Corporate Client accounts (ICC) and generating annual revenues of €(90-100) million

Responsibilities :

• Build business cases and develop storylines and slides
• Assist on both commercial and strategic projects, mainly in supporting analysis and concept development, putting together slide decks, looking at implementing strategic solutions, problem-solving, driving proposals, etc
• Smart PMO
• Take Ownership for project management of smaller/ medium-sized projects
• Lead client interaction/ joint development, and negotiation of concepts where required and depending on the project
• Be Responsible for analysis and identification of potential for improvement across a wide range of topics across cross-sectional functions and operational value chain
• Work closely with senior leadership across the group, including the entity's CFO, Senior Commercial heads, and the CEO

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consulting
• Degree in a STEM-related subject (business management, economics, finance, etc)
• Fluent in German and English
• Proven experience in project or workstream management
• Moderation and presentation skills as well as very good communication and assertiveness across all hierarchical levels
• Confident in using all MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
