You gained first experience successfully defining, launching and managing state-of-the-art software products and mobility is your dedication? You will, jointly with an experienced Lead Product Owner, define, manage & own the strategy, development and lifecycle of our suite of fleet products. 

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• Guaranteed e2e ownership - You have dedicated responsibility for managing the roadmap & development of existing MVPs for our existing fleet tools and features in our future main fleet suite


• Be the CEO - You keep track of the business impact of your products. Be the main contact for business, interfacing tools, engineering, data science and IT strategy


• Business & interfaces - You challenge business requirements and propose changes based on your gained business understanding, technical insights and user feedback. You strike an ideal balance acting as an executer and as a challenger, ensuring that your recommendations lead to the best possible outcome for the company


• Engineering & data science - Manage our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration


• Know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure, identify areas for optimization, and also prioritize your backlog

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have drive and willingness to fill the given trust and ownership including the capability to handle the dynamic surrounding that comes along such responsibility


• You bring first experience working as a product manager or owner, where you learned to  challenge both business & engineers / data scientists


• You are familiar with software development methodologies & tools (Jira & Confluence)


• You have technical expertise based on a university degree in an applicable field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, business economics), where you gained strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance


• You are fluent in English

About the department:
The purchasing department buys everything! With a lot of creativity and expertise, we manage the balancing act every day between the specifications of the internal quality requirements and the premium focus of SIXT. This includes Fleet Purchase (national and international) as well as Strategic and Operational Procurement teams. They not only focus on the strategic mission of the company, but also on complex quality requirements and a competitive cost structure.
