We are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Executive (m/f/d) who will play a critical role in driving sales growth across our product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process - from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and account management. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential customers in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
- Conduct cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media to generate leads and interest in Green Elephant Biotech’s offerings.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for product demonstrations and consultations.
Sales Presentations & Relationship Building:
- Conduct product demos.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and how our products can help meet their bioprocessing challenges.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Account Management & Customer Support:
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring successful implementation and continuous usage of our products.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve any client issues and provide expert-level assistance.
Exhibitions & Travel:
- Attend and represent Green Elephant Biotech at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across Europe and North America.
- Showcase our products to a broad audience, connecting with potential clients and building industry relationships.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or laboratory equipment sectors.
- Skills: Strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cell culture systems, bioprocessing, or related biotech products is required.
- Proactive: Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Languages: Excellent English is required; German proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally regularly.
