Aufgaben - Manage and align customer expectations througheffective communication and relationship management - Actively planand execute strategies for key accounts, focusing on customer valueand satisfaction - Conduct regular structured review meetings toassess account health and performance - Identify and capitalize onnew business opportunities within existing and potential customers- Connect and collaborate with global key account teams to ensureseamless service delivery - Gather relevant customer informationfor RFI/RFP/RFQ processes - Conduct regular visits to existing andpotential customers to strengthen relationships - Generatecross-sell and upsell opportunities across all Nippon Expressservices - Collaborate closely with the regional sales communityand the Industry Vertical Head for Semiconductor - Organize andlead customer review meetings to facilitate dialogue and addressconcerns - Develop, build, and nurture long-term partnerships withglobal accounts to enhance account penetration - Support asuccessful handover between Sales and Operations, working closelywith Customer Care and Implementation teams - Provide timely andinsightful RFQ Post Mortem analysis to Tender Management andstakeholders involved in the RFQ process Profil - Successfullycompleted an apprenticeship with a diploma in global forwarding ora related field - Demonstrated sales skills (both indoor andoutdoor) coupled with a strong analytical mindset - Over 5 years ofexperience in air, ocean, rail, and logistics sectors - Proficiencyin multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) - Strongcommunication skills to effectively address client inquiries in atimely manner Wir bieten - Attractive salary with vacation andChristmas bonus - Permanent position in a leading logistics company- Anniversary payments and bonuses for family events - Additionalpayments into the company pension scheme and capital-formingbenefits - Permanent discounts on products and services fromleading providers - Support for the personal development ofemployees - Free parking directly at the workplace - Open-mindedteam with regular meetings and annual events - Careful andsystematic induction training for new employees - Company car forprivate use
