For our sister company Paramelt B.V. we are lookingfor a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Mid-Europe in Hamburg as soon aspossible. Paramelt is global leader in specialty waxes, adhesivesand coatings. For more than 125 years we are essentially waxformulators and are an independent, privately owned company.Customer focus is fundamental to Paramelt's success. We maintain along-term relationship with many customers. We provide technicalsupport to ensure good product performance and optimization of thecustomer's process. Paramelt has dedicated sales professionalsfocusing on providing addedvalue to our existing customers andfinding new customers that can benefit from our products andservices. As Sales Manager (m/f/d) Mid-Europe, you will beresponsible for the sales and customer service activities in theDACH region. The team currently has three Sales Executives andthree Customer Service & Sales Support colleagues. After asuccessful start, you will take on the challenge of integratingCzech Republic, Poland and Baltic States into the Mid-Europeterritory. Aufgaben In your role, you will be responsible for: -leading the Mid-Europe sales team to achieve set targets. -creating and realizing a territory sales plan. - expanding ourcustomer portfolio in the territory and increasing our presence andcontribution to existing customers. - Managing selected (global)key accounts. - proactively following up on market information anddevelopments. - ensuring customer satisfaction with high servicelevels. Profil For this exciting position, we are looking for asuitable candidate who: - has at least 5 years of sales managementexperience and a proven track record of managing a sales team inthe field of packaging coatings & adhesives or waxes. - ispreferably educated to at least bachelor's degree level in acommercial or scientific discipline or have demonstrable experienceoperating at this level. - has a hands-on mentality withwell-developed sales and key account management skills. - ispragmatic, entrepreneurial, creative and strong in autonomouslyexecuting the sales plan. - understands critical processes withincustomers, to deliver effective solutions. - has excellentcommunication skills in German and English. - preferably livesclose to Hamburg. - is passionate about increasing our business inthe Mid-Europe territory Wir bieten - We are centrally located nextto Hamburg City Hall - a really attractive location. - Balance andrelaxation are very important to everyone.
