A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in Communications Analytics, you will support our communications team by analyzing data related to our communication strategies and campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with various data sources, perform analysis, and generate insights that will help optimize our communication efforts. This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various communication channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, website analytics)
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators related to communications
- Support the team in building and validating models to predict the impact of communication efforts
- Collaborate with coss-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights for communication strategies
- Document analytical processes and methodologies for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in communications analytics and digital marketing
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and communication metrics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
