Billing Officer : The Function
- Oversee and coordinate the invoicing process to ensure proper allocation and time tracking.
- Review and verify invoices meticulously following internal procedures before submission to stakeholders and clients, ensuring budget control and fee agreements are met.
- Manage and track electronic billing in collaboration with the designated team.
- Guarantee timely and accurate invoice issuance.
- Generate and provide monthly billing reports.
- Communicate with and support the collections team to ensure follow-up.
- Address both internal and external inquiries related to billing processes.
Billing Officer : Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related administrative field.
- Proficiency in both English and French; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience of minimum 3 years in a billing role in a law firm in Luxembourg, especially
- Familiarity with VAT regulations is considered an asset.
