Senior Accountant – International Holding, Small Office in Gasperich

We are currently working with a holding in the context of their search of a Senior Accountant. This holding already has offices all around the world, and has more than 200 employees in the world. The objective of this structure is to set up a new office in Luxembourg, to be present in the country and implement a new team for the entities of the portfolio.

The company owns investments and a financial activity on an international scale, and the accountants are responsible for the management of holdings companies. It is because of its growth that our client is looking for a new employee today, and as it would be for the first recruitment, our client is looking for someone who will be autonomous and able to work independently.

This holding is active in digital content production, and is supervised by young and dynamic managers.  

Your Responsibilities | Fiducary – Finance – Accounting

• You are in charge of the accounting entries for Soparfi and holdings companies.
• You prepare VAT and tax returns.
• You are responsible for the preparation of annual accounts.
• You prepare several financial reporting for your company and external parties.
• You prepare shareholder meetings, and you follow-up board decisions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Holding – Accountant – Accountancy

• You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a fiduciary, or PFS in Luxembourg.
• You speak English fluently.
• You have knowledge in accounting, tax, as well as administration, corporate, and portfolio management for financial entities (holdings, Soparfis).
• You ideally hold a Master’s degree, or at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• You are proactive and completely independent in the management of your task.

• You will receive a salary up to €90.000 gross per year, depending on your level and technical skills. In addition, you will also benefit from meal vouchers and a discretionary bonus based on the performance.
