Tasks
Market Research & Fundraising
Assisting in the coordination of fundraising events and meetings, including prepare materials for investor meetings, such as pitch decks. We are currently raising our series A!
Conducting market research to identify potential investors and business development opportunities.
Research and analyze industry trends to support decision-making.
Business Development
Build a pipeline of qualified leads, managing all steps from sourcing to closing.
Ensure customer satisfaction and growth after closing.
Maintain all relevant sales materials, including funnel, commercial and technical presentations, demos or scripts.
Represent BIOWEG at relevant events and engage with targeted prospects.
You will be working closely with Prateek, the CEO & Business Strategy Team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Marketing.
Requirements
Full business proficiency in English required.
Sales or Marketing experience in biotech or cosmetics preferred.
Minimum A2 proficiency in French and/or German is highly desired.
Master's degree or MBA in business from a top-tier university highly appreciated.
Team player with the ability to work effectively within multicultural team.
Self-starter, organised and proactive.
Positive and resilient, with a hunter mindset
Strong conversational skills and active listening
Fast learner with the ability to build a deep understanding of complex services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating both strategic and creative thinking.
