Market Research & Fundraising

• Assisting in the coordination of fundraising events and meetings, including prepare materials for investor meetings, such as pitch decks. We are currently raising our series A!
• Conducting market research to identify potential investors and business development opportunities.
• Research and analyze industry trends to support decision-making.

Business Development

• Build a pipeline of qualified leads, managing all steps from sourcing to closing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and growth after closing.
• Maintain all relevant sales materials, including funnel, commercial and technical presentations, demos or scripts.
• Represent BIOWEG at relevant events and engage with targeted prospects.

You will be working closely with Prateek, the CEO & Business Strategy Team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Marketing.

• Full business proficiency in English required.
• Sales or Marketing experience in biotech or cosmetics preferred.
• Minimum A2 proficiency in French and/or German is highly desired.
• Master's degree or MBA in business from a top-tier university highly appreciated.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively within multicultural team.
• Self-starter, organised and proactive.
• Positive and resilient, with a hunter mindset
• Strong conversational skills and active listening
• Fast learner with the ability to build a deep understanding of complex services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating both strategic and creative thinking.
