We seek a strategic-minded individual with a get-it-done attitude to contribute to the ambitious growth plans for JOST Group and take responsibility for the continuous development of our global Project Management Office and the Corporate Projects practice in particular.

You like slicing general tasks into structured action items? You find it easy to maintain your structure while handling various workstreams. It is easy for you to find your way with different people and topics? You work structured in an environment of change, keep track of all related internal and external parties and have the social skills to convincingly convey your strategy while dealing with strong senior management roles?

Tasks:

• Manage the project portfolio
• Identification, selection and prioritization of projects suitable to support the corporate strategy based on benefit-analysis and anticipation of chances and risks
• Lead dedicated efficiency/ restructuring or integration projects
• Develop and roll-out common project standards and methods
• Contribute to group-wide project management toolbox and run projects under your own responsibility
• Project controlling
• Documentation, monitoring and presentation of project progress towards steering committees, incl. executive management board, with regard to time, target fulfillment, cost and quality; managing project resources
• Managing external Consultants
• Inhouse consulting regarding efficiency and optimization projects
• Support the evaluation of strategic options for corporate development
• Support the analysis and coordination of potential M&A transactions, cooperations and corporate investments
• Conducting business plans

Skills

• >5y professional experience in strategy consultancy, project management or a general management position; commercial vehicle industry exposure is a plus
• Outstanding self-organization and structured way of working
• Study of Economics
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong abilities in Excel, PPT
• SAP experience is a plus
• Project management experience
• Strong soft skills for negotiation and people management
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Proven ability to develop and implement pragmatic and actionable strategic plans
• International minded and ready to travel
