We are seeking a Junior Learning Consultant to support the development and delivery of learning programs. In this role, you will assist with creating educational materials, improving learner communication, and managing key administrative tasks. As a Junior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Material & Concept Creation. Assist in the creation and review of learning materials and concepts in our B&P Learning Hub, Miro and Google Slides. Ensure that presentations, slides, and other learning resources are visually appealing and effectively communicate key concepts.
• Communication & Support. Ensure clear and timely communication with learners. Answer support tickets to assist learners with any technical or content-related inquiries.
• Project Management and Assistance. Support the learning and Sales team by managing logistics and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of all program components. Maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Didactical Consulting. Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
• Expert management. Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Necessary:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a native or fluent level, particularly in a business context, is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and a passion for creating visually appealing and clear learning materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support learners and team members.

Sufficient:

• Familiarity with AI, automation, or edtech topics is beneficial but not required.
• Basic understanding of learning and development (L&D) concepts.
