You can look forward to
Providing support for campaigns and media in internal communications, helping to shape a global Internet presence, and assisting with the development of a corporate brand, thereby gaining real insights into the work of a large communications team at a globally operating reinsurer
Participating in and supporting the strategic planning of internal and external communication measures
Helping to monitor the actions taken and contributing to impact measurement and analysis of the topics covered and formats used
Collaboration in media relations, including the implementation of press conferences, interviews, company announcements, press inquiries, and social media
Researching, writing and online maintenance of articles for the social intranet
Helping out with the organisation of internal communication events
Supporting the relaunch of our website and the maintenance of web content
Assisting with the planning and execution of branding and marketing measures (print, online, audio, video)
General project collaboration and self-reliant support for sub-projects on the communication side
You come equipped with
Completed degree in communication studies or economics or another academic discipline with communication- and marketing-related content
Well-versed in the use of standard MS Office applications
Prior knowledge of SharePoint and CMS systems is an advantage
Initial experience with InDesign and Photoshop is desirable
Eloquent and assured writing style for a range of different media and target groups
Native speaker command of German, proficient user skills in English
Communication abilities, team skills and critical faculties as well as conceptual thinking and organisational talent.
