The Impact You’ll Make inthis Role The EMEA Area Assistant Controller (m/f/x)* will reportdirectly to the EMEA Controller and will be the key contact forseveral stakeholders within EMEA and Global organization for allControllership matters. The role will interface with EMEA FinanceLeaders, External Finance partners, Global project leaders toprovide financial support on several topics. As an EMEA AreaAssistant Controller (f/m/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tapinto your curiosity and collaborate with some of the mostinnovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will makean impact by: - Lead special projects: take ownership of severalprojects impacting EMEA area including those improving financialprocess, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency across variousdepartments - Act as liaison with Oustourcing Finance partners forControllership’s matters - Responsible for Financial Analysis forEMEA - Training: provide training to finance team members - Back upsupport: Serve as a back up for other Regional Controllers duringthe period of absence or high workload, providing seamlesscontinuity of financial operations - Continuous improvementactivities to enable us to serve customers more effectively YourSkills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role fromday one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the followingqualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher - Profound experienceworking in finance organizations with key understanding of businessunit business processes and reporting - Leadership experiencemanaging / coordinating senior level teams In addition to the aboverequirements, the following are also required: - Profound ofexperience within Finance Organization - Leadership andcollaboration skills to engage with different internal and externalstakeholders - Ability to lead through others and influence -Pragmatic, result oriented with strong bias towards executing withspeed, agility and quality - Record of career progression withincreasing level of responsibility - Outstanding integrity,initiative and passion - Knowledge of SAP environment and Power BIreporting - Fluent English Additional qualifications that couldhelp you succeed even further in this role include: - Experience inthe MedTech Industry - Knowledge of any EMEA language (other thanEnglish) Work location: Any country in EMEA Travel: May include upto 10% International Must be legally authorized to work in countryof employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to helpyou live your best life – both physically and financially.
