The PVO Direct team is searching for a proactive and results-oriented account manager to boost sales figures in the German region. You'll identify sales opportunities and follow through on them. Building relationships with your customers, understanding their organizational structure, and collaboratively strategizing on achieving successes and improving results will be crucial. You'll utilize the PVO Direct webshop, which serves as the medium for customers to place their orders.
Working alongside the PVO Direct team, you'll serve installers operating in the residential market or within the SME segment. Keeping a close eye on market developments, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities will be part of your role. Understanding what our customers need to be successful and stay successful is key. You'll closely collaborate with the PVO International sales team to exchange market knowledge and experiences.

Identify and approach potential customers in the residential and SME sectors. Build a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into valuable customer relationships.
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with our current customers.
Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts. Collaborate with customers to understand their long-term goals and provide solutions that add value.

Your profile
You are commercially driven, proactive, and possess natural persuasive skills;
Results-oriented with a professional attitude;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English;
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment;
Have a Bachelor's degree (HBO) level of education;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales. Experience in the Solar industry is a plus.
