Aufgaben - Design, implement, and update PA/QAprocesses to meet standards and requirements - Ensurecomprehensive, current, and accessible documentation - Organizeproduct and quality assurance roles within the team - Coordinatebetween project managers, engineers, and stakeholders - Provideguidance and support for PA/QA issues - Lead and manage the ProjectPA/QA team with clear objectives and roles - Support inestablishing and maintaining quality management throughout projectlifecycle - Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for continuousimprovement - Report on good practices, non-conformities, trends,audit statuses, KPIs, and quality costs to the CEO with regularupdates and monthly reports Profil - You have a Master's degree inAerospace Engineering, or similar qualifications - You have aminimum of 5 years of professional experience in a ProductAssurance role in the European Space/Aerospace industry, thus haveknowledge of applying the standards relating to the European spaceindustry (ESA, ECSS, etc) - You have excellent English skills(written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary - Youhave experience in delivering work-packages to time and budgetconstraints - You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge ofISO 9100 is desirable - You are experienced with Quality ManagementTools and Techniques - Excellent communication, interpersonal, andmultitasking skills with strong time management - Detail-oriented,proactive problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, and capable ofworking under pressure Wir bieten - Be at the forefront of spacetechnology, contributing to groundbreaking projects shaping thefuture - Direct involvement in ensuring the highest standards ofproduct quality and reliability - Flexible working hours with acore time - Engage with diverse teams of experts, fosteringcollaboration and knowledge exchange - A relaxed workingenvironment with a flat hierarchy combined with a motivated andopen team - Casual dress code - Scope for individual developmentand growth in a growing multicultural team of discipline experts -The opportunity to work collaboratively on multiple concurrentprojects
