Join us and we will build together the nextgeneration chassis technology with outstanding experiences andshape the future of the car Aufgaben Objectives of the position Themain objective of this position, administrative assistant is towork together with the team German subsidiary and continue to growthe business in Europe. In addition, the job holder is involved inadministrative and accounting, and support SHAC China in alladministrative topics that arise. Responsibilities - Coordinatewith the external bonded warehouse to development and implementstandard operating procedures together with the partner - Track thereceipt, storage, in-transit and dispatch of automotive parts toensure accurate inventory levels. - Regular stock Audits andinventory counts - Monitor call-offs and shipping of the call-offsand ensure that there's no delay to the customer. Work closely withthe partner related to order fulfillment or part availability. -Resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations andimplement corrective actions to prevent recurrence - Handle anylogistical issues, such as delays or damaged shipments, promptlyand effectively. - Prepare and present reports on warehouseperformance to senior management. - Participate in strategicplanning for the overall supply chain and logistics operations -He/she is responsible for other logistic topics, when the task isassigned by the supervisor Collaboration The job holder worksclosely with colleagues from the parent company to complete thetasks at hand in the best possible and collaborative manner.Special attention is given to the interaction with the directsupervisor as regular reports are submitted and analyzed. ProfilRequirements - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management,Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, preferablywithin the automotive parts or related industry - Proven trackrecord of managing inventory control, order fulfilment, andwarehouse operations - Familiarity with automotive parts and theirstorage requirements is highly desirable - Ability to quicklyidentify issues and develop solutions, especially in high-pressuresituations. - Strong time-management skills and multitaskingability - Strong verbal and written communication skills in bothEnglish and German for coordinating with different teams andstakeholders. - Proficient business IT skills with MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint), preferably experience with ERP system, such asSAP.
