You will manage a team of 4 employees in Germany and Serbia
You will be full responsible for the Integrity of the P&L, NWC and Cash Flow of the HQ Entities (STADA AG and all Nidda entities) including reporting lines towards Corporate Finance, Germany CFO and other relevant stakeholders.
You will oversee Business Partnering to all global functions within the HQ entities including direct responsibility for functions outside of Technical Operations (TechOps), IT and R&D and review and challenging of the TechOps, IT and R&D functions.
You will be responsible for all intercompany topics related to HQ entities incl. communication with Corporate Tax and Germany Accounting.
You will support the corporate functions on any finance related questions, assessing the returns on cost / investment ideas and actively challenging them and guiding towards an acceptable total P&L.
You will be also responsible for the management of monthly closing / planning / forecasting processes within all controlling functions and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables in line with instructions from Corporate Finance.
You will manage the integrity of systems within all finance functions.
You will be responsible for adequate development and coaching of direct reports as well as education to other finance functions as well as IT on HQ finance processes.
You will lead selected projects around process and system improvements in HQ entities from idea to execution. And you will management or participate on local and global Finance projects.
You will oversee various ad-hoc tasks and analyses coming from all relevant stakeholders (eg. Corporate and Global Functions, External Queries)
You will challenge the status-quo of Finance in HQ Entities.
Who we are looking for:
You hold a master’s degree in business administration with focus on finance.
You have minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or other Finance analytical roles an a deep knowledge in controlling.
You are strong analytical thinking and structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
You are thinking and acting in a team-oriented manner.
You have knowledge of relevant IT systems (including MS Office, PowerBI etc.), and experience with SAP is required.
Your have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
You are able to work effectively in a complex matrix environment.
You are highly motivated with potential for career development into local or international leadership positions within the STADA group.
