You can look forward to

Head of the newly created "Cash Management" department

Disciplinary management and further development of the existing team

Process optimization and system responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations

Various interfaces, including with house banks, asset managers and Broadridge, our SWIFT service office

Operational processing of payment transactions at the Hanover location

Project work in the course of the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA and the optimization of our bank account landscape in the Hannover Re Group

You come equipped with

Experience with an international company in the financial sector

Degree in economics or business administration - preferably with a focus on finance or commercial training with relevant professional experience

Knowledge of a payment transaction solution (preferably SAP/Serrala)

Initial experience in the disciplinary management of a team

International mindset paired with German and English at a conversational level

IT affinity, a strong understanding of numbers and a precise way of working
