As anArea Manager, you'll make sure your site is running as smoothly asit should so that we can meet customer demand. You will be leadinga team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of ahigh quality and taking on a number of projects across our networkto drive productivity. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture ofsafety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You'llalso oversee process improvements within your area and driveimplementation. A typical day is varied, including everything fromroutine team management and daily operational responsibilities toprocess improvement and wide-scale operational contingency tasks.You'll also be a role model and mentor to new managers.
