HR Manager (m/f/d) ISR – International School on theRhine seeks an experienced HR professional to undertake the role ofHR Manager in our dynamic international school. With a staff ofover 200 across our three sites, this is an exciting opportunity toshape the recruitment and engagement at ISR. The successfulcandidate will integrate into our Administrative team and work incollaboration with our Academic staff, the Finance team, and leadour HR team. Person specific Essential: Experience in internationalenvironment. Excellent administrative skills, includingorganisation and planning. Hands-on approach to working.Flexibility of thought and action. Strong personality. Germanspeaking. German labour law knowledge. Your Tasks Recruitment:Recruiting for all ISR School and Kindergartens. Onboarding andcontract management. Relocating new staff and existing staff(support with flights, apartments, insurances, banking). Managingvisa and work permits for staff. Support in allocating companyapartments for employees. Organisational development: Overseeingthe administration of human resource programs including, but notlimited to, compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinarymatters, disputes and investigations, performance and talentmanagement, productivity and morale, occupational health andsafety, and training and development. Collaborating with seniorleadership to understand the organisations goals and strategyrelated to staffing, recruiting and retention. Maintainingpersonnel files and updated staff details. Conducting the annualIntention Survey and communicating results to the management team.Fulfilling government requirements for staff audits. Overseeingmonthly overtime calculation. Legal: Liaising with lawyers, andgovernment authorities. Complying with Government requirements bykeeping up to date on legislation. Exit: Handling discipline andtermination of employees in accordance with company policy.Creating letters of recommendation, warning letters, confirmationof employment or terminations.
