For our globally active company, we are looking for the following at the 74360 Ilsfeld or 06925 Annaburg site

• Support and maintenance of our data center and IT network infrastructure
• Collaboration in the area of ERP/CRM as well as the implementation and embedding of subsystems
• User support in the use of IT resources and applications/first and second level support
• Analysis and support for the standardization and optimization of processes and their digitalization
• Carrying out tests, configurations and installations of new components (hardware and software)
• Creation of documentation and implementation of training measures

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• A high affinity for IT and technical curiosity
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Experience in dealing with MDM solutions
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and appreciation of a collegial environment
• Flexibility and a structured way of working
• Good written and spoken English skills
