You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Germany as Distribution Analyst within a team responsible for the Distribution of Corporate and Structured Loans (transportation, project finance, real estates, leveraged finance...)
Your concrete missions will be the following:
Support in the preparation of syndication opinions (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to German-speaking countries ;
Update comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis ;
Complete of closing memos in a timely manner ;
Assist with various Powerpoint presentations - pitches and market updates ;
Prepare various documents searched out of different databases ( LoanConnector, Dealogic, Bloomberg ) and use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes ;
Assist in conducting market researchs and present market updates ;
Support in the coordination of the development and monitoring of the German investor base , especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities ;
Coordination with FIG and GMD in Germany as well as all other business lines involved ;
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements , including, but not limited to, the Frankfurt Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen (except German)

Soft Skills : - Strong in analytics and communication ;- Rigour and sense of organisation ;- Apprehension of results and priorities ;- Ability to use own initiative and desire to progress ;- Autonomy.
