    We are looking for a new colleague to join our Corporate Internal Communications team as soon as possible. We are a small, strong team that aims to continuously develop and improve internal communications as integrating role within the Südzucker Group. To achieve this, we work closely with all divisions and our corporate functions.

    Your Tasks

    You will be strongly contributing in the coordination and realisation of internal communication measures. This includes print and online formats as well as internal events (multi-level, multi-channel). The focus is on the following topics:

  • Editor-in-chief as well as technical and content development of our new, group-wide intranet
  • Organisation of local and group-wide events and workshops
  • Support for Group-wide occupational safety communication campaigns
  • Supporting the development of leadership communication
  • Creation and design of target group-specific and easy-to-understand content and formats for our internal channels (, employee magazine, intranet, screens, flyers, posters, etc.)
  • Your Profile

  • University degree or comparable training and studies in the field of communication
  • Professional experience in corporate communications, marketing or PR
  • Experience in publishing as well as coordinating and working with agencies 
  • Ideally knowledge and experience in project management, agile working methods or event management.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good communication skills, especially a good feel for copywriting and ideally experience in storytelling
  • Foreign language skills in French, Polish or Flemish is an advantage
  • Professional handling of all common MS Office programmes as well as experience with online tools and CMS tools such as Word Press, InDesign and video editing or other
  • Structured work and organisational talent
  • A high degree of initiative and commitment as well as a team-orientated way of working
  • Enjoying to develop new communication formats and actively building up the international communication network
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
