We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) People & Transformation (Strategic Communications) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main or Munich starting in January or summer 2025 for 6 months.
Are you interested in change and people topics? The People & Transformation team advises and supports large and small companies with comprehensive and convincing solutions in the areas of change management, change communication, cultural transformation, HR, learning & development, and leadership.
YOUR TASKS
Supporting consultants in strategic advisory and operational support for companies in complex transformation situations, such as merger integrations, carve-outs, transformations, and restructurings, including:
Creating communication and training materials
Conducting research and analyses on current trends
Assisting in the planning and coordination of project activities
Contributing to new business processes and internal projects that further develop our team and practice (e.g., in the areas of Data & Digital Transformation, ESG, and Compliance Culture)
Participating in and potentially shaping internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing formats
Requirements
We are looking for:
Excellent academic performance, ideally in a business, communication, or business psychology-related field
Internships or initial practical experience in corporate, change, or communications consulting or on the corporate side in the areas of change, communication, or HR
Strong analytical and conceptual skills; flexibility in working on multiple projects simultaneously; initiative and willingness to commit to a dynamic, demanding work environment
Understanding of business contexts
Willingness to learn, curiosity, high attention to quality and responsibility
Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
High motivation and enjoyment working in a collegial, performance-oriented team
