Mission
You will be the first HR employee for us in Germany and while you will work closely with the French and international HR teams, you will form processes and taks from scratch, together with us.
Ensure effective integration of new employees, manage contracts, handle administrative formalities, and oversee onboarding.
Manage payroll in collaboration with the tax advisor and secretariat, manage payroll data, and handle employee registrations and deregistrations.
Act as a point of contact for all employees regarding social security matters, including questions about vacation times, sick leave, and work accidents.
Actively participate in developing training plans, identify training needs, and handle administrative and logistical follow-up.
Organize personnel and annual meetings and conduct them with a focus on employee development and skills enhancement.
Maintain professional relationships with key partners and coordinate with external HR service providers.
Manage various HR projects, ensure their success, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Monitor developments and changes in social law, thus ensuring compliance with applicable legal norms and regulations.
Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Associate: 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources; Junior Associate: 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
Knowledge in a broad range of Human Resources aspects: Labor law, social law, collective bargaining law, personnel development, personnel procurement, training management, recruiting, etc.
Thorough knowledge of German labor law.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and good English or French skills
Communication: Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
Organizational talent: Structured work approach, time management, setting priorities
Empathy: Ability to empathize with the needs of employees
Negotiation skills: Confident negotiation skills with unions, works councils, and other partners
Flexibility: You like working in ambiguous, uncertain environments. You will be the first HR employee for us in Germany which means you can shape your own work, but you will also have to like working in changing settings.
