In this vital, dynamic, and international environment, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Berlin. You will have the unique opportunity to directly influence the establishment of a strong brand in the healthcare sector. You will learn how to successfully position a young company using online and offline marketing strategies and become part of our dedicated team that is revolutionizing care with data, passion, and creativity!

Your Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing Operations: Drive customer growth through different marketing channels with a focus on Google Ads suite (under mentorship of our experienced Google expert).

• Marketing Reporting: Support in generating and analyzing marketing reports to measure effectiveness of our campaigns and suggest improvements.

• Growth Experimentation: Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating growth experiments.

• Website Management: Maintain and update our website content through the CMS (WordPress).

• Content Creation: Support in the creation of marketing and promotional materials (blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).

Requirements

About You:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: First experience in PPC marketing or paid social is expected.

• Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools, you enjoy deep-diving into data analysis.

• Proactive Work Style: Plenty of opportunities to actively contribute in our agile team.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a big plus.

• Openness to work in a hybrid working model: Our team is working onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
