Aufgaben - You develop anddeliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for region DACH thatintegrate sales and marketing requirements to support regionalpipeline and revenue goals - You develop a joint marketing strategyand drive plans with partners in the region - You develop andexecute demand generation marketing programs including third-partyhosted events, internal portfolio hosted events, webinars,in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows,and email marketing - You forecast and measure the impact of themarketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results andoptimizing as needed - You own the planning and execution ofvertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketingprograms that penetrate key accounts in the region - You maintainongoing communications and are the go-to marketing resource forregional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners Profil -You have 5+ years experience in a high-performance marketingdepartment - You possess strong analytical, planning, and projectmanagement skills - You work independently, proactively, and in astructured manner - You have the ability to multi-task and work incross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities- You have a strong affinity to the German software market, inaddition to the Austrian and Swiss markets - You have excellentcommunication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting -You are a German native speaker and fluent in English Wir bieten -The opportunity to work in a growing, future-oriented,multicultural company - Modern work equipment - Flexible workinghours that can be adapted to your schedule - A friendly andinformal team of professionals who like to have funtogether
