As a (Junior) Digital Marketing Manager (all genders), your mission is to support the marketing team in digital initiatives, becoming a key player in executing campaigns and contributing to a strong and active sales pipeline. You will be an enabler of digital success through technical expertise, coordination, and collaboration.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen / You will be working on topics like:Campaign Planning & Execution: You will focus on the technical aspects of campaign planning, implementation, and monitoring, with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and LinkedIn marketing efforts.
Agency Coordination: You will manage and maintain communication with external agencies, ensuring smooth execution of campaign strategies and objectives.
Event Marketing: You will collaborate with event organisers and handle all marketing tasks related to the promotion and coordination of events, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Stakeholder management and exchange: You will take ownership for the exchange with the colleagues from Aareal Bank Group (our holding company) and manage the tasks related to their marketing/sales team.
Bachelor’s degree, apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, ideally but not mandatory in Digital Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of working experience (internships or work-study programs included), preferably in a B2B marketing environment (SaaS is a plus)
Business fluent in German and also fluent in English
Ability to execute tasks independently, with the confidence to seek support from colleagues or other departments as needed as well as the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new marketing tools and programs
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is required
Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a must have
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) as well as basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator are an advantage
Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to solving problems and driving projects forward
In your first 3 months, you will be able to support the technical implementation of campaigns effectively
Within 6 months, you will be capable of independently managing campaign implementation based on a briefing
After 12 months, you will contribute to campaign strategy by providing suggestions for implementation based on strategic and tactical considerations
