Join our team at Exotec as a Marketing Working Student/Intern and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing warehouse robotics with your creativity!

  What you will do

Event Coordination:

• Partner with our event manager  and global marketing specialist to organize our events

SEO and Website Management:

• Optimize our website (for example updating images, adding FAQs, creating redirects, and checking for broken links).
• Help maintaining our local website (wordpress)

Content Creation and Social Media:

• Develop compelling content for social media (LinkedIn) to document our office move and enhance employer branding.
• Draft and upload engaging social media posts, manage community interactions, and track follower growth.
• Support our creative content lead

Public Relations and Marketing Support:

• Update the weekly Exotec newsletter with the latest global news and clippings.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as merchandise, whitepapers, flyers, and ads.
• Support our PR & communication lead

Requirements

• Enrolled Student: has been enrolled in a university program for at least 1 year already,  ideally in fields such as Media- and Communication management, Communication, Business psychology and Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Contract Duration: Available to start in January 2025 or later for a fulltime 4-6 month internship or a 1 year working student contract that can be renewed, working 15-20 hours per week

• Location: Our office is currently based in Landshut and will move near Munich Airport on January 1st 2025. We provide Hybrid work - a mix of HomeOffice (at least 1x/week) and Office  . Home Office is possible especially during exam season.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English 

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with AI such as Chat GPT, with a keen interest in using new technologies.  
• Experience with MS Office and Photoshop is required
