Your role and your team:
You will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing Academy work closely with all teams inside our Manufacturing Division.
The Manufacturing Academy secures all training required by staff of the manufacturing division to operate in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain & Central services.
In this role, you will be part of the Central Services Function on supporting the training management, the specification of training requirements as well as the design and procurement of training from suppliers. You will support day-to-day operations directly in contact with experienced technicians, manufacturing engineers and our supply chain team. You will be responsible to manage the training plan, roll-out new training and ensure documentation of peoples' qualifications.
Your Day to Day:
Collect and consolidate training requirements across teams
Support the development and procurement of training projects within the entire Manufacturing Organization
Roll out of new training
Supporting in the training management and execution of the training plan
Assist our teams with their training requests
Work on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects as necessary
Your Profile:
Enrolled Engineering/ Management student or equivalent
Previous internships in related sectors such as manufacturing, consulting or other fast-paced environments with a strong customer focus are preferred
High level of self-reliance: work independent and self-motivated
Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills and an independent, goal-orientated way of working
Outstanding analytical skills with a drive to challenge the status quo
Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
Available for a minimum of 6 months full time
