Um eine Struktur zu schaffen, teilen wir deine Aufgabenbereiche in zwei Teile ein:

1. Campaign Management (Digital Marketing)

• Erstellung von Kampagnen, einschließlich Targeting Einstellungen und Tracking Parametern
• Überwachung und Optimierungen laufender Kampagnen
• Erarbeitung von textlichen und visuellen werblichen Inhalten

2. AdOperations & Technische Aspekte

• Problemlösung bei technischen oder Ad Serving relevanten Herausforderungen
• Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Usern in den unternehmenseigenen Produkten und Programmen
• Erstellung von Reports, sowie Daten- und Performance Analysen
• Interne Dienstleistungen und Schnittstelle für andere Abteilungen

• abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem kaufmännischen Schwerpunkt
• 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich AdOperations, Kampagnenmanagement, Digital Marketing oder in einem anderen verwandten Bereich
• Begeisterung für Mobile Games und Online-Themen
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und kritisches Denken
• Affinität zu Zahlen und Daten
• Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen und neue Konzepte zu übernehmen
• Eine proaktive, gründliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an zwischenmenschlicher Kompetenz und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch ist ein Plus

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
