What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead data science initiatives, from concept to deployment, to improve medical diagnostics and treatment outcomes.
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets using advanced machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and AI engineers to build and optimize predictive models.
• Develop scalable algorithms to enhance medical decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and streamline clinical processes.
• Apply unsupervised learning, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs) to unstructured clinical data.
• Ensure the integrity and ethical use of patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI and ML trends to drive innovation in healthcare applications.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python, R, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to apply machine learning and NLP techniques to solve real-world problems, preferably in healthcare.
• Expertise in LLMs, deep learning, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with databases like SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, ensuring robust model training and accuracy.
• Familiarity with the MLOps lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in medical AI or applied life sciences is highly desirable.
