Aufgaben Working as part of the Project& Process Excellence Team, the Project Manager is responsiblefor leading and managing improvement projects in Global Service.You would work with all Service functions to identify, run &execute projects. Your role would be to successfully leadcontinuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency, improvethe quality and reduce cost of Global Service. - Organize &lead international project teams, assign individualresponsibilities, develop project schedules, determine resourcerequirements & budgets to run improvement projects in Service.- Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects includingcost, timing, and staffing - Ensuring adherence to internal qualitystandards - Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing projecton time and to budget - May include work managing multiple,interrelated projects - Organize and lead workshops withcross-functional & global stakeholders - Managing small program(4-5 projects) Profil - Fluent business English and ability tointeract in a culturally global environment with all levels ofhierarchy & various stakeholders - 5+ years of experience inproject management and proven experience of project management& life cycle - Ability to work and lead highly complex projectsautonomously and navigate in a global matrix environment - Globalproblem-solving skills & attitude and good presentation skills,storytelling, and visual representation - Positive & adaptableattitude, team player, transparent & collaborative workingapproach, and MS Office suite competency - Nice to have: FluentGerman or Spanish, project management certification, Power-BIknowledge & experience, ERP (SAP) knowledge & experience,experience in Service Operation environment, and experience &knowledge in the wind energy sector - Continuous improvementexperience. We would like you to work at least three days per weekin our office in Hamburg.
