Aufgaben As aSenior Business Development Manager, DACH you will play a leadingrole in the region's commercial success by finding, selling andclosing new business opportunities. You will be part of anexperienced, driven and inclusive team that is changing the face ofpayments by unlocking Instant, Account-to-Account payments andpayouts. Your responsibilities: - Build a strong pipeline withinyour territory plan, identifying and engaging with all relevantmerchants and stakeholders. - Leverage your professional andpersonal network to get a foot in the door and accelerate salescycles. - Build prospecting lists and work closely with our Head ofDACH and CCO to define and execute a playbook that delivers newbusiness within agreed timescales for your territory plan. - PitchBrite's product portfolio (Instant Payments, Instant Payouts, DataSolutions + more), tailoring it to your prospect's needs and beingable to explain how our solutions are differentiated from ourcompetitors. - Use our CRM tool (Salesforce) to accurately inputdata, track and manage your opportunities daily. - Deliverexceptional sales experiences to your prospects, representing thechallenger spirit of Brite through a high integrity & openavailability approach. Profil We are looking for a Brite mind witha proven sales track record of winning new business and achievingambitious targets. This role requires a critical understanding ofmerchant needs and payment challenges and can translate these intoa clear and compelling sales motion. The ideal candidate will haveexperience in payments and with an existing professional networkwithin one or more of our target verticals, these include but arenot limited to: E-commerce & Retail / Financial Services &Insurance / Digital Platforms / Travel and mobility.
