Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales and make a big impact? If you thrive on collaborating with Account Executives and hitting bold goals, we want you as our next Junior Sales Manager at Lumiform!

We have already secured €10 million in investment, are currently in the Series-A stage, and are backed by Germany's Tier 1 SaaS investors Capnamic and 42CAP. Our mission is to unleash the full potential of frontline teams, eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce costs, and drive a new era of collaboration and automation in frontline teams.

Hiring process:
1. Get-to-know: 40 min chat with Recruiter. Language: English.
2. Main stage: 30min/1h chat with Head of Sales. Language: German.
3. Get-to-know: 30 min chat with Co-founder. Language: German.

Tasks
  • You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team.
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development.
Requirements

MUST HAVES:

  • You are fluent in German AND English - both written and verbal.
  • You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office at least twice a week.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are resilient, and objection handling is one of your strengths.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales.

GOOD TO HAVES:

  • Experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
