Position: International Sales Manager (m/f/d) - French Speaker

Location: Berlin (Tempelhof)

Industry: SaaS/Hotel/Tech

Language: English C1; French C1, German is not necessary (nice to have)

Flexibility: Hybrid

Full-time, Flexible hours

Your Responsibilities

  • Expand the market and acquire accounts mainly within the hospitality industry
  • Understand our potential customer’s existing processes for guest experience and position our SaaS solution accordingly
  • Manage the entire sales process (pipeline generation to pipeline conversion)
  • Ensure that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
  • Use modern sales tactics and an analytical method when approaching new customers
  • Track and regularly review lead and pipeline progression in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Represent company at relevant events and fairs



Your Profile

Performance:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing the entire sales life cycle - from prospecting to closing
  • Consistent track record of overachievement of goals and quota
  • History of driving revenue and delivering complex projects successfully in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization

Experience:

  • >3 years of sales or business development experience
  • A strong grounding in a B2B SaaS-based recurring revenue and growth business model; seasoned in understanding value drivers in a recurring revenue business
  • HotelTech / Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus
  • You come with your book of best practices

Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationship
  • Fluency in English and another major European language, additional languages are a plus

Creativity & Curiosity:

  • Outside the box thinking and energizing others with passion, quality, and commitment
  • Passion for technology and business strategy

Team Spirit:

  • Delivers amazing results through cross-team collaboration
