Your Role

As a Sales Manager (Solar PV), you will be the face of the company, driving sales and fostering relationships with clients. Your mission is to expand market presence in the DACH region and ensure cutting-edge solar solutions reach every potential customer.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed aggressive targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their solar PV needs.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Showcase state-of-the-art products through engaging presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Embrace the opportunity to travel across the DACH region, meeting clients and closing deals.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.


What You Need

  • Proven track record in sales, specifically in solar PV.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different client needs and environments.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Ambitious, proactive approach with a hunter mindset and determination.
