We are currently looking for a PrimaryCare Sales (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Germany. In thisposition be responsible for a dedicated group of customers acrossGermany. This is a field-based position with home office andfrequent travel across the dedicated territory of responsibility.As part of this team, you will be responsible for growth andexpansion of direct sales and profit margins within assignedaccounts and/or territory/region on products or services.Establishes professional relationships with key personnel incustomer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable salesvolume and margin dollars. In this role, you will have theopportunity to : • Achieve sales goals and developing the currentmarket • Be responsible for managing and growing business inexisting and new Cepheid accounts • Develop Community Testingaccounts with broad range of assay menu • Sell additionalappropriate instrumentation to customers in the community •Introduce and develop new testing in Point of care settings •Subject matter expert in one key community segment • Managecustomer data in SFDC • Work closely with Field ApplicationSpecialists, Virtual Sales, Marketing, MedSci and GAMA • Developand delivers presentations and proposals • Hoss and assist withcommunity setting congresses and local meetings The essentialrequirements of the job include: - Bachelor’s degree in field with5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in fieldwith 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree infield with 0-2 years of related work experience. - Scientificbackground – Biology/Pharmacy- Microbiology knowledge - German andadvanced English required It would be a plus if you also possessprevious experience in - Sales experience and Customer Focus -Experience of working with customers in community settings -Negotiation Skills - Team Working - We are open to candidates witha diverse sales and solutions selling experience from other sectorsthan the Life science, Diagnostic and Pharmaceutical sector.
