• Taking an active role in setting up and expanding the sales structure and sales controlling
• Participation in management of the global sales team
• Support and coordination of sales activities 
• Monitoring and optimization of sales processes
• Supporting our controlling department in analyzing sales figures and preparing reports
• Direct support of the two managing directors in administrative and organizational sales related tasks 
• Creation and preparation of documents and presentations for the Sales Managers
• Preparation and follow-up of Managing Director meetings with the Sales Managers

• University degree or comparable apprenticeship
• Sound professional experience in sales or internal sales, ideally in a trading or logistics environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good English in writing and speech, knowledge of German or or Spanish desirable
• Ambition and motivation to develop into the role of a sales manager
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
