Sales Manager - DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Location: Remote (Germany)

Reports To: Global Sales Director

Travel Required: 30%–40%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed targets and revenue goals. Utilize sales analysis for performance tracking and process optimization.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Represent the company effectively, engaging and building relationships with clients through various virtual platforms and in-person meetings.
  • Growth Opportunities Identification: Identify and respond to customer needs, generate leads, and establish relationships to expand the customer base. Report industry trends and feedback to internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the dietary supplement industry or in contract/private label manufacturing.
  • Education: Degree in business, sciences, or food technology.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proficient in sales analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
