Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a global leading manufacturer of equipment for renewable energy, headquartered in Wuxi, VR China. The company primarily focuses on seven industries, including lithium-ion batteries, photovoltaics, 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics), storage and logistics systems, automotive, fuel cells, and lasers.


We are currently looking for KAE for our Key Account in Salzgitter (Lower Saxony, Germany)


The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain and develop business relationships with the key account, ensuring that customer needs are thoroughly understood and met.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including requirements analysis, technical support, project management, and post-delivery service.
  • Provide technical consultation and support, assist clients in resolving technical issues, and ensure high-quality delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in drafting project contract terms, preparing and reviewing quotations to ensure that contracts and quotes align with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and market information, analyze customer needs and trends, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new product development.
  • Collaborate across departments: Work closely with internal engineering teams, production departments, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.


We expect you:

  • More than three years of end customer sales experience, non-standard automation equipment experience is preferred;
  • Market sensitivity, rich experience in business negotiation, strong market development ability;
  • Can accept a certain proportion of business trips, have a good sense of self-discipline, and have the ability to withstand pressure;
  • Strong self-confidence and sense of responsibility, and certain overall management ability for customers;
  • Good image and temperament, driver's license, Excel, PPT, Word proficient, Auto CAD familiar;
  • Fluent in German and English.
