We are currently partnering with a leading company in the renewable energy sector that is seeking to expand its team with an experienced Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d). Our client specializes in the development of inverters and modular, stationary energy storage systems, offering intelligent energy management solutions to optimize electricity usage from renewable sources.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to contribute to the future of sustainable energy and make a real impact in the growing field of electromobility.


About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company's market position. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, building lasting relationships, and managing the sales process from the initial contact through to contract signing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition and independently expand existing business relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and develop potential customer accounts
  • Manage the entire sales process from introduction to contract negotiation, including stakeholder management
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry competitors
  • Actively contribute to the company's strategic growth in the renewable energy sector

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in economics, technology, or related training, or significant relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales within the renewable energy sector, specifically in battery storage systems
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative approach
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to manage client accounts
  • Willingness to travel (driving license class B)
